Dental implants open day terms and conditions

Offer is only valid for those who attend the open day on 09/06/2025 and confirms treatment by 16/06/2025. The discount only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked before 23:59 on 16/06/2025. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing or new patients at Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic. Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with implants. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for implants will be charged at an additional cost. The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the implants. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment. For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The free implant consultation and implant discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that the clinician is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The implant discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic has no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
