Dental implants open day terms and conditions

Offer is only valid on the open day 02/03/26 . The implant treatment plan discount only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked before 23:59 on 06/04/26 . The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full Implant Treatment plan. The offer will therefore not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr Martyn Cox only. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment. For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to standard practice policy which is available upon request. The Implant plan discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Dr Martyn Cox is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Ferndale Dental implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The Implant Treatment plan discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Ferndale Dental and Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. f any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
